Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 31

It is said that a polytheist is like one who is falling from the sky in that he is helpless until he hits the ground by the wind, thus, he is doomed, either by being snatched by birds, or falling into a far-off place. Alhasan said: Allah likens the deeds of the disbelievers to this situation in that their deeds become in vain, and they will gain nothing from what they earned. Al-Baghawi: 3/218.
Question: Describe the situation of the polytheist in worldly life and in the Hereafter.

The intended aim is the piety of hearts toward Allah, and their worship of Him alone to reach total submission to Him. This submission consists of utmost love, humility, and sincerity to Allah, and this is the religion of Abraham (u). All of this indicates that hearts' worship is the fundamental worship. Ibn Taimyah: 4/427.
Question: Hearts' worship is the fundamental worship, how does this verse indicate that?

Al-Hajj Verses 34 - 35

(The humble): This trait is followed by four attributes, which are: Their hearts are filled with awe when Allah is mentioned; enduring patiently whatever may befall them for His sake, establishing prayer and spending in His cause. Ibn Ashur: 17/261.
Question: Humbleness is attained by maintaining four attributes, what are they?

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 36

Meaning: Feed those who ask and those who do not but they show their need, and feed those who never ask and those who do. Ibn Juzay: 2/58.
Question: In light of this verse, explain how Islam ensures social security.

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 36

Allah has conferred favor upon us by taming these animals and empowering us to control them, despite the fact that they are much bigger and more powerful than we are. This serves as a reminder to the servant that these things are not of his own making, rather, they are what the All-Mighty, the Most Capable wants them to be. The small overpowers the big so that all would know that the Victor is Allah, the One, the Prevailing over His servants. Al-Qurtubi: 14/403.
Question: Describe Allah's favor upon His servants by taming these big animals for them.

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 37

Meaning: You will not attain Allah's pleasure with the meat or the blood, rather, you reach Him with piety, which is sincerity to Him alone in your slaughtering of sacrificial animals. Using this term: (Will not reach) is an affirmation that none of their meat or blood will reach Allah, but only through piety, which is what He wants from you, and will reward you for it. Ibn Juzay: 2/58.
Question: What is the greatest aim for performing the rites of pilgrimage?
