Attributing the promise to Allah to signal its certain fulfillment, since the promise of the Truthful, the Able, the Self-sufficient can never be broken. Ibn Ashur: 21/48.
Question: What is the benefit of attributing the promise to Allah?

It is strange indeed that many of these types of people have a stunningly high level of smartness and intelligence with regard to superficial worldly matters. They have achieved amazing things in the fields of energy, electricity, and means of transportation on land, sea, and in the air. In that regard they have surpassed others. Yet despite of all that, they are the most unintelligent of people with regard to spiritual well-being, and they are more negligent than others with regard to the Hereafter, and have the least knowledge of the ultimate consequences of matters. When the people with deep insight saw them and learned how they are wandering blindly in ignorance, misguidance and falsehood; they realized that all matters are in the Hand of Allah and it is He Who decrees concerning His servants; it is He Who grants help and guidance, or causes some to fail. Hence, they fear their Lord and ask Him to perfect for them what He has granted them of the light of reason and faith, so that they may reach Him and draw close to Him. Al-Saadi: 637.
Question: How do you maintain the balance between worldly sciences and religious knowledge?

Alhasan said: "One of them can determine the exact weight of a Dirham coin by flicking it with his finger, but he does not know how to perform prayer properly." The likes of this person are numerous, and while they may be praised by worldly people, they are, in fact, worthless in the sight of Allah, since they did not do more than making themselves comparable to animals that pursue what benefits them and evade what harms them through various tricks. Al-Biqai: 15/44-45.
Question: What type of knowledge that will be beneficial in the Hereafter?

Meaning: They know how to handle their livelihood affairs; how to earn money and trade. They know when to sow the seeds, plant the trees, and harvest the crops. They know how to build and live, (but they are heedless of the Hereafter), oblivious and unwary of the Hereafter to such an extent that they do not think or work for it. Al-Baghawi: 3/488.
Question: When is it proper to censure those who are good in worldly knowledge?

(They who wronged themselves), they repeat wronging themselves by placing themselves in harm's way instead of pursuing their benefit, since they do not use the intellect that We gave them to enlighten their way and differentiate the truth from falsehood. They do not accept from guiding preachers when they remove the cover off their minds, nor will they back down from their way of error when the preachers overwhelm them with clear proofs; instead, they shift from heedlessness to stubbornness. Al-Biqai: 15/52.
Question: Abandoning the intellect is a form of wronging oneself. How?

(Wronging themselves), the continuous tense indicates the continuity and repetition of their wrongdoing, and that Allah gave them respite but they did not quit until He punished them. Ibn Ashur: 21/58.
Question: (Wronging themselves) is in the continuous tense. What does that indicate?

(Rejoicing), The state of bliss appears on them. (They will be rejoicing in a garden of Paradise), Yahya bin Abi Kathir said: It means listening to the sounds of Paradise. Al-Awza'i said the same when he said: "When the people of Paradise take a listen, every tree therein will echo the glorification and exaltation of [Allah]." Al-Qurtubi: 16/406.
Question: In light of this verse, how will the state of believers be in Paradise?
