Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 1

Here, Allah addresses all people, telling them to fear their Lord Who has bestowed upon them all sorts of blessings, both visible and hidden. Therefore, they should fear Him and refrain from ascription of partners to Him, evildoing and sin; and they should comply with His commands as much as possible. Al-Saadi: 532.
Question: Among Allah's Names and Attributes, the (Lord) is singled out for mention here. Why?

Al-Hajj Verses 1 - 2

The benefit of mentioning the immense turmoil of that Day is to urge people to prepare for it, and be ready through doing righteous deeds. Al-Qurtubi: 14/311.
Question: What is the benefit of mentioning the immense turmoil of the Day of Resurrection?

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 2

A nursing mother will be distracted from her child even though she naturally has deep love for him, especially at this stage at which the infant cannot survive without her. Al-Saadi: 533.
Question: Why is the nursing mother singled out for mention here?

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 2

In Arabic, the word used for "nursing mother" has two variations: A general descriptive term, and a present continuous term. The one used in this verse is the present continuous term in order to reflect the intensity of the distraction where the nursing mother will remove her child from her breast while he is still sucking and will let go of him at once. Ibn Juzay: 2/48.
Question: The "nursing mother" is described eloquently. How?

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 2

They are described as intoxicated due to the immense distress they will be in. Ibn Juzay: 2/49.
Question: They are described as intoxicated but they are not. Why?

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 3

In his interpretation of the Quran, Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi said: "This verse permits fair arguing that is based on knowledge because, in this verse, only arguing without knowledge is prohibited, which proves that when proper knowledge is present, then arguing is allowed. Pointless arguing is what is meant by this verse: (They only mentioned him to you for the sake of argument) [43:58]. Fair arguing is meant by this verse: (And argue with them in a way that is best) [16:125]." Al-Shanqiti: 4/263.
Question: There are two types of arguing, what are they? Which one is permitted?

Al-Hajj Verses 0 - 3

This is the case of one who went astray by following one who misled him without details. He argues without knowledge and follows every rebellious devil, where it has been decreed that whoever takes him as an ally, he will misguide him and lead him to the punishment of the Blazing Fire. Moreover, this is the case of the followers of misguiding leaders among the people of the Scripture and those who have religious innovation, for they dispute about Allah without knowledge, and follow those who misguide them from among men and jinn devils. Ibn Taimyah: 4/401.
Question: Explain the risk of following misguiding leaders.
