Az-Zumar Verses 0 - 75

The sentence is in passive voice to indicate that everyone praises Allah for His judgment. The dwellers of heavens and earth, the righteous and the wicked, and mankind and jinn, even the inhabitants of the Fire. It is as if the whole universe utters praise to Him. Ibn Al-Qayim: 2/403.
Question: In this verse, the sentence is in passive voice. Why?

Az-Zumar Verses 0 - 75

Meaning: All of creation, whether animate or inanimate, will speak words of praise to Allah, the Lord of all that exists, for His wisdom and justice. These words are not attributed to any specific speaker, which indicates that the whole of creation will testify to His praise. Ibn Kathir: 4/70.
Question: In this verse, the sentence begins with (it will be said) not "they said", why?

Ghafir Verses 0 - 2

Here, the use of Allah's attributes, (the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing) alludes to the fact that those who deny that this Book was revealed by Allah, will be defeated and overpowered, and that Allah knows and will hold them accountable for what they hide in their hearts. Moreover, the Quran is referred to as the word of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing, hence, no one other than Allah is able or knowledgeable to produce the like of it. Ibn Ashur: 24/79
Question: The verse ends with (the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing). Why?

Ghafir Verses 0 - 3

It is like this verse, (Inform My servants that I am indeed the All-Forgiving, the Most Merciful ` And that My punishment is the most painful punishment) [15:49-50]. These two attributes (mercy and punishment) are often mentioned together in the Quran, so that people will remain in a state of both hope and fear. Ibn Kathir: 4/71.
Question: In this and other verses, mercy and punishment are often mentioned together. Why?

Ghafir Verses 0 - 3

Allah will grant the repentant sinner two mercies: He will accept his repentance and turn it into an act of obedience and expiates his sins from which he repented and regretted so that he will be as if he never committed them, and that is a bounty from Allah. Ibn Ashur: 24/80.
Question: This attribute (Accepter of repentance) is mentioned with (the Forgiver of sin). Why?

Ghafir Verses 0 - 4

(So do not be deceived by their movements in the land), means: O Muhammad, do not be deceived by their disposition and dwelling in the land despite their disbelief in their Lord, and think that they were given respite because they may have some truth. We did not give them respite because of that, rather, until their prescribed time comes, and the decree of punishment will come to pass against them. Al-Tabari: 21/352.
Question: Allah gives respite to the disbelievers despite their persistence on disbelief. Why?

Ghafir Verses 0 - 7

If it is said: What is the use of saying, (and believe in Him), while it is well-known that the bearers of the Throne and those around it believe in Allah? The answer is to show the virtue of faith. Ibn Juzay: 2/276.
Question: What is the use of saying, (and believe in Him), even though all angels are believers?
