Al-Kahf Verses 0 - 28

(And be patient), stay put in patience (with those who call upon their Lord), the poor among Muslims, such as Bilal, Khabbab, and Suhaib. The disbelievers said to the Prophet (ﷺ): "Drive these people away, and we will sit with you." Ibn Juzay: 1/507.
Question: The preacher deals with various types of people, what is the Quranic guidance for that?

Al-Kahf Verses 0 - 28

This verse indicates the importance of remembering Allah, calling upon Him and worshiping Him at both ends of the day. Moreover, Allah praises those who are engaged in this action, and whenever Allah praises someone of an action, it signifies His love for that. Thus, if Allah loves it, then He enjoins it, and encourages people to do it. Al-Saadi: 475.
Question: How do you infer from this verse the validity of Athkar in the morning and evening?

Al-Kahf Verses 0 - 28

(Desiring the adornment of the life of this world), for that is harmful and of no benefit, and it may undermine one's religious interests because it leads to being attached to this world and focusing one's ideas and thoughts on it, which leads to the heart losing interest in the Hereafter. That is because the adornment of this world is pleasing to the onlooker and bewitches the mind, which in turn distracts the heart from the remembrance of Allah and causes it to focus on pleasures and desires that waste his time and cause his affairs to be in disarray. Al-Saadi: 475.
Question: What is the harm in preferring this worldly life over the Hereafter?

Al-Kahf Verses 0 - 28

This verse indicates that the one who should be obeyed and should be a leader of people is one whose heart is filled with love for Allah, and that is reflected in his speech, so he constantly remembers Allah and seeks the pleasure of his Lord, and he gives precedence to that over his desires. By doing so, he makes the most of his time; his affairs are in order, his deeds are righteous, and he calls people to what Allah has blessed him with. Thus, he deserves to be followed and to be made a leader. Al-Saadi: 475.
Question: It is inevitable for one to follow others in some religious or worldly issues, who must we follow? And who must we avoid?

Al-Kahf Verses 0 - 29

Meaning: Allah grants truth to whomever He wills, even if he is weak, and deprives of the truth whomever He wills, even if he is rich and powerful; hence, I will not drive away the believers for your sake, so, believe, if you will, or disbelieve. Al-Qurtubi: 13/260.
Question: Does one's financial status affect Allah's favors that are in the Hereafter?

Al-Kahf Verses 0 - 29

In this verse, belief precedes disbelief since their belief is sought after. Ibn Ashur: 15/307.
Question: In this verse, belief precedes disbelief. Why?

Al-Kahf Verses 0 - 34

Qatadah said: "This, by Allah, is the wish of the immoral to have much wealth and a large entourage." Ibn Kathir: 3/81.
Question: What is ultimate wish of the disbeliever? How should the Muslim benefit from that?
