(Glorious) indicates that it has numerous, great attributes. The best thing to be described in such terms is this Quran, and this makes it obligatory to follow it in the most perfect manner, to hasten to implement its teachings and to show gratitude to Allah for blessing us with it. Al-Saadi: 803.

Qaf Verses 0 - 5

Qatadah said about this verse: Whoever abandons the truth, his affairs will be in a state of confusion, and his faith will be obscured. Alhasan said: Whenever people neglect the truth, they will end up in a state of confusion. Al-Qurtubi: 21/316.
Question: What is the reason for some people to be in a state of confusion?

Qaf Verses 0 - 6

Meaning: Looking at it does not require any effort or travel, rather, it is very easy. Let them see (how We have built it) like a smooth dome, well-built and adorned with stars, stretching from one horizon to the other in the most beautiful manner. No defect, gaps or flaws can be seen in it. Allah has made it a roof for the people of the earth, and He placed in it things that serve essential interests for them. Al-Saadi: 804.
Question: Allah describes the heavens as above the people despite their knowledge of it. Why?

Qaf Verses 0 - 8

Even though everyone may benefit from the mention of the earth’s affairs, the servant who turns to Allah is singled out for the insight and reminder because he truly benefits from it and he is the focus for mentioning the wisdom of these actions. In this verse, there is an honor to the believers and an allusion to the disbelievers’ neglect of the insight and reminder. Ibn Ashur: 26/291.
Question: The servant who turns to Allah is singled out for insight and reminder. Why?

Qaf Verses 9 - 11

The verse indicates that it is befitting for the servant to benefit from the insight and reminder that this blessing provides more than his benefit from it as provision only. Al-Alusi: 13/327.
Question: What is the most important benefit for the believer from the rain?

Qaf Verses 12 - 14

This is a consolation to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). It is as if saying: Do not grieve, nor be distressed for their denial, as it was the same for all the Prophets before you; their people denied them, and none followed them except a few. Al-Shawkani: 5/73.
Question: What do preachers and those who enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil benefit from this verse?
