They are their owners), Allah created these animals (grazing livestock), and made them subservient to mankind so, they are able to control and dominate them. Al-Baghawi: 3/649.
Question: Allah bestows upon mankind the grazing livestock and makes them subservient. Why?

(So will they not be grateful?), this is an interrogative and exclamatory sentence about them for not being continually grateful for these abundant favors. The present tense in the verse indicates that these favors are renewed continuously by Allah at all times. Ibn Ashur: 23/69.
Question: This verse indicates the importance of being always grateful for the favors of Allah. How?

Meaning: We know that what incites them to say that is envy. They know in their hearts that what you are reciting is not a poem and that you are not a liar. We know that they conceal the knowledge that you came with the truth, and we know what they reveal by their tongues of proclaiming disbelief. Al-Tabari:20/553.
Question: For one who calls people to Allah, how can he benefit from this verse?

Meaning: We know everything about them, and We will punish them for their false claims and deal with them accordingly on the Day when none of their deeds, great or small, major or minor, will be overlooked, and every deed they did throughout their worldly lives will be exposed. Ibn Kathir: 3/558.
Question: Allah asserts that He Knows what the disbelievers conceal and reveal. Why?

He knows about the bones in all areas and regions of the earth; where they have gone, where they disintegrated and dispersed. Ibn Kathir: 3/559.
Question: Given this verse, describe the limitless knowledge of Allah.

Then, Allah mentions a third proof, (The One who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite). If He produces fire, which is dry, from the green trees, which are very damp and moist, even though their characteristics are diametrically opposed, then His bringing forth of the dead from their graves is akin to that. Al-Saadi: 700.
Question: How can we infer the resurrection of the dead from this verse?

They did not revere Allah with His true reverence, and everyone who denied the resurrection of the dead had done so because of his ignorance of the supreme power of Allah. Ibn Juzay: 2/230.
