Allah makes clear to His servants that satan only wants to create enmity through intoxicants along with whatever leads to it among the believers, and through gambling, where they used to gamble on wealth and family until the loser became poor and disgruntled, which led to enmity; and if it is not enmity, then hatred which could have unpredictable consequences. Intoxicants befog the mind and lead to loss of reason, which in turn leads to resentment between a person and his fellow believers, especially if that is accompanied by trading insults, which is an inevitable result of drinking intoxicants, and it may go as far as murder.

(Unseen) is the opposite of the witnessed, and it is mentioned here as a praise for those who fear Allah. They are praised for their sincerity and enlightenment since they demonstrated the fear of Allah without seeing his greatness, his glory, his reward and bliss, but they have ascertained all of that through true inference.
