Al-Baqarah Verses 0 - 211

If Allah bestows a blessing, either religious or worldly, upon a person who does not give thanks for it or does what is required of him as a result, then this blessing will diminish and disappear, and it will be replaced with disbelief and sin. Thus, disbelief becomes a substitute for the blessing. As for the one who gives thanks to Allah and does what is required of him, the blessing will remain and continue, and Allah will increase it for him. Al-Saadi: 95.
Question: How do blessings continue? And how do they cease?

Question: What are the standards of the people of this world for success and prosperity?

Al-Baqarah Verses 0 - 213

Aisha (i) said that when the Prophet (r) stood up to pray at night, he began his prayer by saying: "O Allah, Lord of Gabriel, Mikael and Israfil, Creator of the heavens and Earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, You judge between Your servants in that which they differ. Guide me to the truth by Your leave in what they have differed, for verily You guide whom You will to a straight path." Ibn Taimyah: 1/493.
