Al-Qamar Verses 0 - 7

خُشَّعًا أَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ يَخۡرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَجۡدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمۡ جَرَادٞ مُّنتَشِرٞ ٧

Humbleness of the eyes indicates submissiveness and humiliation. Humbleness is attributed to the eyes because pride and humiliation are reflected in a man's eyes. Allah says, (Their eyes humbled)[79:9], and He says, (Humbled from humiliation, looking from [behind] a covert glance)[42:45]. Al-Qurtubi: 20/78.
Question: Humbleness is attributed to the eyes. Why?

Al-Qamar Verses 0 - 8

يَقُولُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا يَوۡمٌ عَسِرٞ ٨

What this implies is that it will be easy for the believers. Al-Saadi: 825.
Question: What is inferred from knowing that the Day of Resurrection will be hard for the disbelievers?

Al-Qamar Verses 0 - 10

فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّي مَغۡلُوبٞ فَٱنتَصِرۡ ١٠

Meaning: I am weak and cannot overcome or resist my people, so help Your religion. Ibn Kathir: 4/265.
Question: This verse indicates the importance of supplication while preaching. Explain.

Al-Qamar Verses 0 - 17

وَلَقَدۡ يَسَّرۡنَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ لِلذِّكۡرِ فَهَلۡ مِن مُّدَّكِرٖ ١٧

Al-Qushayri said: Allah made the Quran recitation easy for some, eased its learning for others, eased its understanding for some, and eased its memorization for others. They are all the people of the Quran, the people of Allah and those who are closest to Him. Al-Biqai: 19/108.
Question: Describe how the Quran is made easy in many aspects.

Al-Qamar Verses 0 - 17

وَلَقَدۡ يَسَّرۡنَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ لِلذِّكۡرِ فَهَلۡ مِن مُّدَّكِرٖ ١٧

Meaning: We have made the Quran easy to memorize. This is known by observation because unlike other books, children can memorize it perfectly. It is said that none of the Books sent down by Allah was memorized except the Quran. Moreover, it is said that the meaning of this verse is: We made the Quran easy to understand and by which to be admonished because it contains proof and eloquent wisdom. Ibn Juzay: 2/389.
Question: Allah made the Quran easy for remembrance. How?

Al-Qamar Verses 0 - 16

فَكَيۡفَ كَانَ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ ١٦

This eloquent verse is repeated, and this one, (So taste My punishment and warning) to warn the listener at every story so that he takes heed, for there is a lesson and admonishment in each one of them, hence, He concludes each story by warning the listener of the threat. Ibn Juzay: 2/389.
Question: Allah repeats this verse, (And how [severe] were My punishment and warning). Why?

Al-Qamar Verses 0 - 17

وَلَقَدۡ يَسَّرۡنَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ لِلذِّكۡرِ فَهَلۡ مِن مُّدَّكِرٖ ١٧

Praise be to Allah, the easiest thing for souls to learn, memorize, and understand is the Book of Allah, Who made it easy for remembrance. What is really hard is the misinterpretation of minds, and the false arguments over fundamentals and incidentals for which Allah has not sent down any authority. Ibn Al-Qayim: 3/87.
Question: What is the easiest source for knowledge and practice?
